Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

This policy complements the Terms and Conditions and explains how we handle cancellations, date changes, and refunds.

Last updated: August 2026

Online requests require confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Until then the booking is not firm.

Specific deadlines and conditions are communicated when each experience is confirmed.

Changes depend on provider availability and how far in advance you notify us.

More notice usually allows rescheduling with fewer penalties.

Peak season or limited-capacity experiences may not allow changes; we will inform you when booking.

Cancel in writing at edmartravelsas@gmail.com with your request reference or booking details.

Early cancellation may allow rescheduling or partial refund depending on costs already incurred.

Late cancellation or no-show may incur full or partial non-refundable charges as agreed at confirmation.

When a refund applies, it will be made via the agreed method within a reasonable time after confirming cancellation.

Bank, payment gateway, or administrative fees already incurred may be non-refundable.

We will provide a breakdown when applicable.

If an experience cannot run due to extreme weather, road closures, official measures, or force majeure, we will prioritize rescheduling.

If rescheduling is not possible, we will assess full or partial refund based on amounts already paid to third parties and applicable law.

Safety of guests and guides comes first for outdoor activities.
