Edmar Travel arranges and intermediates tourism experiences in and around Mendoza (including wine, adventure, and city experiences), as published on the site.

Part of the service may be performed by independent third parties (local providers, guides, wineries, transport, etc.). Specific conditions of the booked experience and applicable law govern where relevant.

Inquiries and requests through the site do not constitute confirmation until the booking is expressly agreed and, where applicable, payment or deposit is made as indicated for each experience.

Availability, schedules, group size, and language may vary; we will inform you according to the chosen experience.

Published prices are shown as clearly as possible; they may be updated before final confirmation of the booking.

We may accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, and, when agreed, cash, depending on the service.

Payments through PayPal or other gateways are also subject to those providers’ terms.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules depend on the booked experience, the provider’s schedule, and applicable law. We will communicate specific deadlines and rules when confirming the booking or on the experience page where available.

Generally, cancellations with more advance notice allow more options for rescheduling or partial refund, subject to the provider’s policy and costs already incurred; late cancellation or no-show may result in partial or full non-refundable charges.

If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, extreme weather, or operational decisions by third parties, we will seek to reschedule or offer reasonable alternatives; any refund, where due, will be handled according to applicable law and the conditions of your booking.

Bank fees, payment gateway fees (including PayPal where applicable), or administrative costs already incurred may be non-refundable even if the rest of the amount is refunded.

Outdoor, winery, vehicle, and urban activities involve variable risks. Participants should assess their health, same-day conditions, and instructions from guides or providers.

You must follow safety instructions and respect venue rules and third-party operators’ requirements.

Text, images, trademarks, and design on the site belong to Edmar Travel or third parties who authorized use; you may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or booking, without prejudice to non-waivable rights.

Liability for performance of the experience may partly lie with third-party providers depending on the case.

We may update these terms; the version on the site is the one in force.
